Los Angeles Dodgers (0-1) at Atlanta Braves (1-0)
RHP Max Scherzer (8-4, 2.76 ERA) vs. RHP Ian Anderson (9-5, 3.58 ERA)
Game #2 7:38 p.m. ET – Truist Park – TBS

The National League Championship rolls on Sunday night as the Dodgers and Braves play the second game of the best-of-seven series. Atlanta took Game 1 3-2 on a walk-off single by Austin Riley, who also homered earlier in the game. (Read a recap of the game here.)

The Dodgers tossed a bullpen game Saturday, but they’ll throw Max Scherzer in Game 2. Scherzer closed out Game 5 of the NLDS, notching the first save of his career. Los Angeles has lost just one of the 14 games Scherzer has appeared in since coming over from Washington.

The Braves, on the other hand, will use rookie Ian Anderson, who threw five scoreless innings in the division series. Atlanta elected give Anderson the Game 2 start over Charlie Morton to give the 37-year-old more rest. Morton also has pitched a bit better on the road, which they will be in Game 3.
