Good morning, Mets fans!!

In what could be his last start as a Met, Zack Wheeler faces the Pittsburgh Pirates tonight. Wheeler’s been speculated as a trade target and as long as he gets out of this start relatively unscathed, he should be on the move in the next week. Wheeler (6-6, 4.69 ERA) will be opposed by rookie Dario Agrazal (2-0, 2.25 ERA). The game can be viewed on SNY and WCBS 880 at 7:10 p.m.

Yesterday, the Mets took the series against the Padres 4-0 behind seven strong innings from ace Jacob deGrom. deGrom lowered his daytime ERA to 1.86 ERA, the best in Major-League history. Edwin Díaz left the game in the ninth inning after taking a comebacker off of his foot; X-rays were negative.
