After two days off that were spent tentatively waiting for the next moment of Mets baseball, the Mets will finally return tonight as they’ll start a three-game set against their division-rivals Washington Nationals. Noah Syndergaard (2-3, 5.14 ERA) will toe the rubber as the Nationals will counter with Jeremy Hellickson (2-1, 5.52 ERA). The game will air on SNY and WCBS 880 at 7:05 p.m.
