Jacob deGrom will face off against Braves ace Julio Teheran today. Teheran has historically pitched well against the Mets, pitching to a 2.58 career ERA against them. The game will be on SNY and can be heard on WOR710 at 7:35 p.m.

Even though Noah Syndergaard‘s velocity was at season-high yesterday (showing off a 100 mph fastball and a 96-mph slider), he wasn’t as effective as he was Sunday.

Syndergaard allowed three runs total, but ended up with a no-decision as the seesaw affair between the Mets and Bravos went into the 12th inning.

New York ultimately pulled out two runs that inning and held on to secure their 14th win of the year. Check out the highlights below:
