Mike Puma of the New York Post tweets that the Mets have reinstated Seth Lugo off paternity leave and have optioned reliever Yoan Lopez to Triple-A Syracuse. Puma also reports that catcher James McCann is expected to be with the team in Miami and will presumably be activated off the injured list soon.
The Binghamton Rumble Ponies are auctioning off a team jersey signed by Mets pitcher Max Scherzer during his rehab with the club. The bidding is open until Saturday, June 25 at 6 p.m.
