Good morning, Mets fans!

The Mets swept Tuesday’s doubleheader against the Braves, capped off by a terrific start by Carlos Carrasco, who pitched eight shutout innings as the Mets won 3-0.

The Mets look to win its eighth-straight series to begin the season today. Tylor Megill will get the start against Ian Anderson at 1:10 p.m. The game will be televised on ESPN and on the radio at WCBS 880 and WEPN 1050.

Tragic news from Long Beach, New York, as  10-year old Mets fan, Lazar LaPenna, tragically died during a little league baseball game. LaPenna suffered a seizure shortly after recording a hit.
