Good morning, Mets fans!

Madison Bumgarner pitched a no-hitter in game two of a doubleheader on Sunday, but MLB will not rule it as an official no-hitter because the game was only seven innings. According to nonohitters.com, Bumgarner’s outing is the 38th unofficial no-hitter.

The Mets have a scheduled off day before starting a series against the Red Sox on Tuesday. David Peterson and Jacob deGrom are the probable starters for Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively.
