The Brooklyn Cyclones and St. Lucie Mets ended their seasons on Sunday with second-half records of 32-34 (Brooklyn) and 25-39 (St. Lucie Mets). Their seasons were not all for naught, as key pipeline players like Mitch Voit made impressive strides in 2026. Syracuse and Binghamton are both alive in the playoff races, with Binghamton fourth in the Eastern League standings and Syracuse sitting sixth.

It was a quiet day for the Mets’ offensive prospects in Triple-A; however, a positive sign is Ryan Clifford’s walk. After returning from the Development List, Clifford has drawn three walks and struck out just twice in four games.

Gill Hill was impressive in his first outing since being promoted to Triple-A. The New York native’s promotion came after pitching to a 3.76 ERA with the Rumble Ponies in five games. He struck out 28 batters and walked just five in five starts after being acquired in the Freddy Peralta trade.

Jefferson Rojas continues to impress as a member of the Mets organization. The Mets’ No. 1 prospect went deep for the second straight day and has now hit nine home runs in 26 games with Binghamton.
- RHP Gabe Davis: 4.1 IP, 5 H, 1 ER, 0 BB, 5 K (2.70 ERA)
Davis delivered his best start since being acquired by the Mets on Sunday. It was his first time issuing zero walks and was the longest start in his short tenure with the Mets.

Smith hit a stride with the Mets organization, slashing .321/.414/.524 in just 21 games compared to .215/.283/.410 (.693) in 49 games at the same level with the Rays. For reference, he struck out 73 times with the Rays while just walking 20 times in those 49 games. With the Mets, he struck out just 30 times while drawing 14 walks.

Ziegler’s comeback story continues. After only playing in three games between 2023 and the start of 2026, the Mets have been careful with their former 2021 second-round pick. He got off to a bumpy start to the year, but has been stellar in his last eight appearances, allowing only one run in 7.2 innings pitched while striking out 10 and walking eight.

Tayman is on an absolute tear since the Mets drafted him in the ninth round of the 2026 Draft. He’s gone deep in three consecutive games and has hit .316/.432/.579 in just 21 games to begin his professional career.
