Good Morning, Mets fans! This afternoon, the New York Mets will take on the Seattle Mariners at 4:10 p.m. Jacob deGrom will look to continue his personal eight game winning streak against Yovani Gallardo.

Last night, the Mets won 7-5 in Michael Conforto’s homecoming to Seattle. He homered twice, his second in the eighth tied it at five. It was off a lefty and it sparked a three-run inning ending in Neil Walker and Curtis Granderson recording RBI singles with two outs in the inning to take the lead for good. The Mets bullpen did well and Addison Reed got the save.
