Yesterday, the Mets celebrated Women’s Day at the park. It was their first first Women’s Day at Citi Field (and they ended up beating the Reds, too!). The day had pregame and in-game programming, all in honor of Women’s Equality Day and changed their Twitter avi to commemorate the day. They also remembered the late Shannon Forde and had a tribute video on Citi Vision in her honor.
