The Mets try to avoid the four game sweep and their fifth loss in a row this afternoon as they take on the Rockies. It’s been a struggle of late for the Amazin’s who have scored only 40 runs since the All-Star break, a major league low. Last night, Colon got roughed up towards the end of this outing after a series of defensive miscues from a non-optimal defensive lineup for the Mets.
