The Mets send Matt Harvey to the mound to pitch against the Tigers and Jordan Zimmermann at Joker Merchant Stadium today at 1:05 PM. The Mets are 1-1-1 against the Tigers this spring and today’s game is the final match-up between the two clubs. The game will be broadcast on WOR radio.

Harvey looks to have his first good start of the spring as he has gone 0-3 with a 7.88 ERA so far. He has struck out eight batters in eight innings as he returns from thoracic outlet syndrome surgery.

Tim Tebow continues to start games in left field, even moving up in the lineup today batting seventh. He is 4-for-17 (.235) with a hit by pitch so far this spring.

Neil Walker is tied for second in the Grapefruit League with 12 RBI, Lucas Duda is tied for third with five doubles, and Yoenis Cespedes is tied for second with five home runs. Those three men as well as most of the Mets starters are getting a day off today. Wilmer Flores gets the start at shortstop and Dominic Smith returns after being cut, batting fifth and starting at first base.
