Could Springer and JBJ be Headed To Toronto?

According to Jon Heyman of MLB Network, the Toronto Blue Jays have their eyes set on George Springer and Jackie Bradley Jr. who spent the past few seasons in Houston and Boston respectively.

Morton Proves To Be A Hot Commodity

When people think of top free agency pitchers going into the offseason, Trevor Bauer is the first name to pop up. Another name that has been thrown in the mix as of late has been former Rays pitcher Charlie Morton after the Rays declined his $15 million option for 2021.

According to Mark Feinsand of MLB.com, an expected 8-10 teams are interested in the righty due to Tampa Bay unlikely to offer him more than $10 million, giving other teams room to make a better offer.

Morton pitched 2-2 with a 4.74 ERA before missing a few weeks due to “shoulder inflammation”.
