Michael Conforto took another step on the road to recovery as he participated in regular batting practice for the first time since he first got the injury.
The last week has been full of ups for the left-handed hitter as he keeps making progress in his return from a left shoulder capsule tear.
The 25-year old is expected to miss the first month of the season with the injury. Check out the video below to hear his thoughts about today’s progress:
