Mr. and Mrs. Met were on hand at the Union Square Citibank in Manhattan Monday afternoon to promote a two-day only pre-sale opportunity for Citibank cardholders.
The happy couple handed out Mets Homerun Apple piggy banks as well as special Mr. and Mrs. Mets cookies to Citibank patrons. Also available was the opportunity to enter a raffle for tickets to Opening Weekend.
Through 11:59 p.m. tonight, Mets fans can purchase tickets to any Mets home game including Opening Day and the Subway Series if they are in possession of a Citi credit or debit card. A Citibank credit/debit card must be used in order to purchase tickets during this pre-sale promotion.
Mets regular season tickets go on sale to the general public on November 23rd.
