The most notable over the last two games has been top prospect Jefferson Rojas, as he is batting 5-for-8 with homers in each game since arriving in Triple-A. After crushing Double-A pitching for 29 games, he has hit the ground running in the final batch of games for Syracuse.
Ryan Clifford was activated off the development list on Sept. 1; since then, he has shown encouraging results. Clifford has hit .286(8-for-28) with two homers and five RBIs in the month of September; strikeouts remain an issue with a 28% strikeout rate since his return.
Ronny Mauricio brought home the first run for Syracuse with an RBI double; his last four games have been solid (5-for-18).
