Jack Wenninger had been struggling after a strong start to the season. However, on Saturday, he turned in his best start of his season, tossing seven innings of one-hit baseball.

Unfortunately, the rest of the teams in the New York Mets’ upper levels of the minor leagues struggled, as Syracuse was the only team to bring home a win. However, JT Benson continues to light it up professionally after being signed prior to the season as an undrafted free agent.

Lastly, Luis Robert Jr. continued his rehab for Triple-A Syracuse, playing the whole game in center field.
