Dariel Gomez hit a pinch-hit homer in the game, his first career in Triple-A.

Right-handed reliever Jeff Brigham returned from his sticky substance suspension to throw a scoreless inning with two strikeouts.

Acuña is now 12-for-29 with four stolen bases over his last seven games. He has played three of those games at second base, his first action there since joining the Mets organization. Jackson has now homered in three straight games and has 20 home runs on the season. The Mets acquired him from the Angels for reliever Dominic Leone.

Thomas has a ridiculous 0.71 WHIP in 15 relief appearances for Binghamton after the Mets signed him out of Indy ball.
