Jonah Tong struggled in three starts after returning to Triple-A Syracuse earlier this month after a stint with the big-league club. He allowed 11 earned runs over 12 innings, spiking his Triple-A ERA to 6.30. On Friday, the 23-year-old gave up two runs on four hits over six innings in a 4-3 victory over Lehigh Valley. He struck out three, walked two, and threw 69 of 98 pitches for strikes.
