Brett Baty had a big night in Triple-A Syracuse with a home run off former Met Jerad Eickhoff. In Binghamton, Mets center field prospect Drew Gilbert hit his first home run in the Mets organization.

Triple-A: Syracuse 6, Columbus 4, Box Score

Since rejoining Triple-A Syracuse, Baty has three home runs and 10 RBIs in 20 at-bats. Mauricio has now switched to playing exclusively infield over the last seven games after playing mostly left field the previous month.

Lavender continues to pitch well as he works toward being a potential call-up this season. We recently noted included him as one of five potential September call-ups.

Double-A: Portland 9, Binghamton 6, Box Score

Gilbert slugged his first home run in the Mets organization and his 13th overall this year. Catcher Hayden Senger had two hits in the game and has a 1.346 OPS in his last nine games.

Tidwell struggled in his third Double-A start for Binghamton. It was the first time in 15 starts he had allowed more than three runs. Juarez continued his great season (career really), and you can learn more about him in this recent profile.

High-A: Hudson Valley 4, Brooklyn 2, Box Score

The 19-year-old Williams has a .279/.456/.442 slash line in 13 games with Brooklyn. The Cyclones were shutout until left fielder Rhylan Thomas hit a two-run home in the bottom of the ninth.

Low-A: Jupiter 11, St. Lucie 6, Box Score

Designated hitter Carlos Dominguez hit his fourth home run of the season for St. Lucie.

St. Lucie allowed six runs in the top of the ninth inning.

Florida Complex League: Mets 12, Cardinals 3, Box Score

Outfield prospect Simon Juan hit his second home run of the season for the Mets. Hernandez has a .984 OPS with 11 walks in 10 games since coming over from the Marlins in the David Robertson trade. Mets 2023 eighth round pick Boston Baro has five walks and no strikeouts in his first five career games.
