The Syracuse offense couldn’t get much going on Tuesday night, managing just six hits – four of them coming from the 8 and 9 spots in the lineup.

The Syracuse pitching staff performed well all night, allowing only one unearned run – unfortunately, the offense couldn’t get anything going to support them. Tidwell has been solid since returning from the big-league club, tossing 12.2 innings and allowing just three runs over that span.
