After being swept by the Pirates in Pittsburgh this weekend, the New York Mets return home to Citi Field for the start of a three game series with the Philadelphia Phillies.
Bartolo Colon (6-3, 4.85), who turned 42 on Sunday, opposes Phillies rookie Severino Gonzalez (2-1, 7.11) in a 1:10 PM Memorial Day matchup.
Danny Muno, who was recalled from Triple-A Las Vegas after Sunday’s loss, will be starting at third base today and wear uniform No. 16.

In the minors this year he was 1-2 over 5 starts and 29.0 innings with a 4.34 ERA.
