Matt Ehalt of Yahoo Sports reports that Justin Wilson expects to be activated from the injured list either on Monday or Tuesday next week. It depends on how he feels tomorrow.
Wilson, 31, went on the 10-day IL on April 22 after experiencing left elbow soreness.
So far, the left-hander has a 1-1 record and one save to go along with a 3.24 ERA, 6.48 FIP, and 1.20 WHIP. In 8 1/3 innings pitched, Wilson has eight strikeouts as well.
The Mets signed Wilson this past offseason to a two-year, $10 million contract.
