You will be able to create a league comprised solely of your all-time favorite Mets and compete in a league full of other teams comprised of New York Mets players. You’re the GM and the manager!
Build a team of your favorite players from throughout Mets history. Want to spend your money on strong starting pitching? How about a rotation with Tom Seaver and Dwight Gooden? Want to stack your team with some major power? How about a 3-4-5 of Mike Piazza, Darryl Strawberry and Howard Johnson? You draft your team and call all the shots, and you even choose your own ballpark!
Select 25 players from any Mets team going back to 1962 while staying under your salary cap. Players perform based on their actual stats and can endure fatigue during the season. Set pitching rotations, bullpen roles, lineups, managerial and player settings. Assign rest, defensive replacement & pinch-hitting hierarchies and much more. Trade, use the waiver wire, promote from within. Many decisions lie ahead, and you get to make them all!
The league will feature 24 teams with 6 divisions and two wild cards with the World Series as the goal. Two spots are already taken and one of them belongs to me. See if you got what it takes to take your team all the way!
The regular season is broken down into 3 games each day: morning, afternoon and evening. Each game has a boxscore with detailed play-by-play and stats galore. You can even play some of your games head-to-head and live in real time if you so choose!
