Mets starting pitcher Matt Harvey continued his rehab stint on Monday night as he toed the rubber for Double-A Binghamton and tossed three innings, allowing two runs on four hits.

Harvey, 28, previously pitched two outings for Short-A Brooklyn this month before putting on a Rumble Ponies uniform.

He did not look good in this one, throwing 54 pitches and sitting between 89-92 mph. His outing could have been a lot worse, but Luis Guillorme saved him with a couple solid defensive plays.

The righty has been sidelined since June 14 and owns a 4-3 record with a 5.25 ERA in 13 games started.

He is slated to return to major league action later this month, but with this poor outing, he may have to throw in a couple more games before returning.
