Louisville Slugger announced the finalists for the 2022 Silver Slugger Awards on Thursday with five players from the New York Mets being nominated. Five Mets are finalists, but they are up for six awards because Jeff McNeil is a finalist at second base and utility. Pete Alonso, Brandon Nimmo, Starling Marte, and Francisco Lindor are the other Mets’ finalists.
