Mike Puma of the New York Post reports that Noah Syndergaard will start for the Brooklyn Cyclones on Sunday.

Syndergaard, 25, has been on the DL since May 25 with a strained finger ligament. Syndergaard threw in a simulated game yesterday and pitched three innings which included 50 pitches.

The right-hander was 4-1 with a 3.06 ERA, 1.18 WHIP, and 76 strikeouts in 64 2/3 innings pitched (11 starts) before landing on the DL.
