Good News on the injury front: Todd Frazier and Anthony Swarzak are both expected to be back on Tuesday. Swarzak will help a maligned bullpen and Frazier will help a struggling offense. The Mets are expected to send down relievers for both and it is worth noting that Swarzak will require a 40-man move.
Mickey Callaway said that Yoenis Cespedes will get some live at-bats this Tuesday and they will assess from there. Mickey also thinks Wilmer Flores is close to returning. The Mets need Flores, Cespedes, and Frazier back in a huge way.
Tyler Bashlor is off the disabled list in Binghamton. He might be in the majors soon given all the injuries.
