Update: The team announced that both Lucas Duda and Juan Lagares are in today’s lineup.

Duda had tightness in his right hamstring from running the bases on Saturday’s game and Lagares had a relapse on the arm soreness that he suffered from that diving catch at Citi Field two weeks when he nearly ran into Cuddyer who was also running to make the catch.
Both Duda and Lagares will be evaluated on Monday, and according to manager Terry Collins, both players will not play if their conditions could get worse.
“The one thing we cannot afford to have happen is to lose one of those two guys or both those guys for a month in exchange for two days,” said Collins.
“If they are questionable, they will not play. I am not going to sacrifice 117 games for one.”
Duda has been the Mets most consistent hitter and biggest power threat. Lagares got hot in late April and early May and although he’s cooled down recently, he is one of the most premier defensive outfielders in the game.
The Mets could ill-afford to llose either player right now.
