Mets Sign Lefty Starter Jason Vargas

The New York Mets have signed left-handed starter Jason Vargas per Jon Heyman of Fan Rag Sports. Jerry Crasnick of ESPN reports the deal is for two-yeats, $16 million guaranteed with an option for 2020.
