According to Jon Heyman of CBS Sports, the Marlins have acquired starter Mat Latos from the Reds. Latos owns a career 3.34 ERA and a 60-45 won-loss record. According to ESPN’s Buster Olney, the Red Sox have agreed to sign free agent right-hander Justin Masterson.
