Even with David Wright‘s sudden surge at the plate, he has slipped into second place in the latest All Star voting for the starting third baseman for the National League.

Brewers Aramis Ramirez (1,279,902) leaped from fourth place to take over the lead from David Wright (1,260,895) and now leads by 19,007 votes.

The remaining players that make up the top five are Giants Pablo Sandoval (1,194,607), Cardinals Matt Carpenter (1,049,472), and Rockies Nolan Arenado (1,019,161).

In the race for the National League starter for second base, Daniel Murphy, who was in the hunt, has dropped out of the top five.

Fans can continue voting at MLB.com until July 3.
