According to Mike Mazzeo of ESPN, Jose Reyes led off the sixth inning a with a home run for Double-A Binghamton on Friday night.
Reyes finished 1-for-3 at the plate, grounding out in each of his other two at-bats. He played seven innings at shortstop, but was not tested.
Reyes is expected to play nine innings for Double-A Binghamton on Saturday. He’ll have an off day Sunday, and barring any setbacks, will rejoin the Mets on Monday.

Jose Reyes played in his first of three rehab games Binghamton tonight, and went 0 for 1 with a walk and a run scored. Reyes was scheduled to play five innings at shortstop, but had no fielding opportunities.
Reyes is expected to play two more games on Friday and Saturday in Binghamton and then will get the day off on Sunday before being activated on Monday. He is scheduled to play in one of the games in the doubleheader against the Marlins at Citi Field.

Terry Collins said before tonight’s game that shortstop Jose Reyes will play three straight rehab games with Double-A Binghamton beginning Thursday.
Reyes will then get a day off on Sunday, and barring any setbacks he will be activated from the disabled list on Monday. The Mets have a doubleheader against the Marlins that day, and Terry Collins already made clear that he will not play in both games.
Reyes has been running and participating in baseball activities for about a week now and says he feels great. Today he took some grounders in the field and then participated in batting practice with the rest of his teammates at Citizens Bank Park.
As for his rehab in Binghamton, apparently they are very happy to have him back.
