Mets fans, episode eight is here!

This week Mike and I continue our discussion into the Mets front office search: who are some names the Amazins’ were actually able to interview, a name that won’t be returning to the organization, and what it all means moving forward.

Mets fans can cross another name off of their wish lists as Bob Melvin was recently hired as the new San Diego Padres skipper, we break that down along with a familiar face who was hired to man his own dugout in 2022, but it’s probably not where you think.

Speaking of dugout, new details have emerged from the Francisco Lindor and Jeff McNeil “rat-coon” tunnel incident back in May, cause for concern or who cares six months later?

Mike and I discuss that and dive into a compelling trade candidate that could be on the block this winter, Jose Ramirez.

Could Cleveland the Mets make another blockbuster transaction two winters in a row? We definitely think so!

We take a look (reluctantly) at the newest World Series champion Atlanta Braves, and what this year’s fall classic might have taught us about the future of starting pitching.

And finally, Mike fills us in on everything Mets minor leagues…don’t forget to tune in next week and get Metsmerized!
