On Wednesday night, Major League Baseball announced the nominees for the fourth annual All-MLB teams. The ALL-MLB first and second teams recognize the best players at each position. The voting is live now through Nov. 19 at 8:00 p.m. ET and Mets fans have three players to vote for: Kodai Senga, Pete Alonso, and Francisco Lindor.

Fan voting will account for half of the selection process, with the other 50% coming from a decorated panel of media members, broadcasters, former players and other officials throughout the game. Winners will be announced on Dec. 16 during MLB Network’s All-MLB Team Show presented by MGM Rewards.

Alonso is joined by Freddie Freeman, Josh Naylor, Yandy Díaz, Christian Walker, and Paul Goldschmidt as the first base nominees.

Corey Seager, Trea Turner, Gunnar Henderson, Bo Bichette, Orlando Arcia, J.P. Crawford, Dansby Swanson, and Bobby Witt Jr. join Lindor as the nominees for shortstop.

Senga is joined by 25 other pitchers, including former Mets Zack Wheeler, Chris Bassitt, and Justin Verlander vying for five spots on the first team and five on the second team.

The Mets had three players make All-MLB last year with Edwin Díaz making the first team, and Max Scherzer and Francisco Lindor both making the second team.
