Anthony Dicomo of MLB.com reports that Robinson Cano is at Citi Field tonight and will test out his left quad at the stadium in front of the training staff.

Cano, 36, is eligible to return from the 10-day IL Sunday. He went back on the IL on June 5 after re-injuring his quad in his first game back from his first IL stint.

The second baseman played in three games for Triple-A Syracuse this week on a rehab assignment and went 4-for-10 with three doubles, two runs, and one RBI in that span.

His first season with the Mets has not gone as well because, on top of the injuries, Cano has hit .238/.284/.366 with three home runs and 14 RBI to give himself a lowly 77 OPS+ and -0.4 WAR.
