Aaron Judge is heading back to the Bronx. The 2022 AL MVP has an agreement to return to the Yankees, according to MLB.com’s Jon Morosi. Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports that the deal is worth $360 million over nine years.

It was reported on Tuesday, who led MLB with 62 home runs in 2022, was in agreement with the San Francisco Giants, but that reported was quickly retracted. Instead, Judge will return to the Mets’ crosstown rivals through his age-39 season.

With Judge off the board, Brandon Nimmo is the best free agent outfielder remaining, and could be in play for several teams in addition to the Mets.
