It seems to happen every postseason. You have a team packed with 6-7 superstars, but oftentimes it’s the player you least expect that explodes with a dynamic performance that eclipses everyone else on the team.

We saw that in 1986 when Ray Knight out-shined everyone on a roster that included All-Stars Gary Carter, Darryl Strawberry, Dwight Gooden and Keith Hernandez. Knight batted .391 with a 1.005 OPS en route to being named the World Series MVP for the Mets.

I thought it would be fun to have a Post Season quiz this week, rather than the usual Mets challenge.
