The New York Mets announced that pitchers and catchers will report on Feb. 12 of 2018.
Position players will report on Feb. 17 with the first workout scheduled for the 19th.
The Mets begin their Grapefruit League schedule on Feb. 23 against the Atlanta Braves at First Data Field. Single game tickets will go on sale to the public on Saturday, Jan. 13 at 10 a.m.
Spring schedule includes 14 games against National League East foes and seven against the World Champion Houston Astros.
Regular season Opening Day for the Mets is on March 29 vs the St. Louis Cardinals at Citi Field.
