Mets center fielder Brandon Nimmo has been scratched from Monday nights lineup against the Marlins in Miami. Brandon Drury will sub in for Nimmo and Kevin Pillar will shift from right field to center.
Nimmo has been out of the lineup for the previous two games as he deals with a hamstring issue.
In other roster news, the Mets placed reliever Miguel Castro on the COVID-19 injured list and recalled outfielder Albert Almora Jr. from Triple-A Syracuse.
Multiple reports say Castro did not test positive for COVID-19.
