The Chicago Cubs will fly back to Washington to play the Nationals in Game 5 of the NLDS and will send Kyle Hendricks to the mound to face Gio Gonzalez. The game starts at 8 p.m. and airs on TBS.

Yesterday, both of the remaining two series resumed play. The Washington Nationals defeated the Chicago Cubs 5-1 highlighted by a Michael Taylor grand-slam in the eighth inning off of Wade Davis. Stephen Strasburg pitched seven shutout innings with 12 strikeouts.

In the second game, the New York Yankees upset the Cleveland Indians in Game 5 of the ALCS and won 5-2. Didi Gregorius led the way for the Yankees with two homers.
