Good morning, Mets fans!

After an offseason where the Pittsburgh Pirates were seemingly listening to trade offers for Bryan Reynolds, the outfielder and the team have agreed to a new extension.

According to Jason Mackey of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Reynolds and the Pirates have reached an agreement on a long-term extension for eight years and worth $106,750,000. Reynolds’ deal runs through the 2030 season, has a club option for 2031, no opt-out, and a modified no-trade clause which is said to include six teams.
