Good morning, Mets fans!

The Los Angeles Dodgers are advancing to the NLCS after an 11-inning pitchers’ duel, as they narrowly defeated the Philadelphia Phillies 2-1. Roki Sasaki shined with three perfect innings to hold the lead after Tyler Glasnow went six scoreless.

The game ended when Andy Pages hit a walk-off grounder to the pitcher, Orion Kerkering, who made a wild throw to home.

The NL East champions’ season has come to an end.

The Dodgers will face either the Milwaukee Brewers or Chicago Cubs in the NLCS. Chicago won 6-0 to keep its season alive on Thursday.

There’s one game scheduled for Friday: a big Game 5 of the ALDS between the Detroit Tigers and Seattle Mariners. Tarik Skubal takes the mound for the Tigers against George Kirby at 8:08 p.m ET. Game 5 between the Cubs and Brewers will follow on Saturday.
