The Mets won the matinee contest 9-6 against the Phillies yesterday led by Pete Alonso. Pete went 3-5 with two run-scoring doubles and a three-run home run as the designated hitter.

The Mets will have their home opener tomorrow against the Diamondbacks. First pitch is scheduled for 1:10 p.m. EST.
