Jacob deGrom put together a game of beauty in Friday’s 8-1 victory over the Pirates. The deGrominator was full steam ahead, pitching 8.1 innings while allowing just one run on six hits. He walked one batter on the night while striking out 10 and picked up his fourth victory of the season.
