Good Morning, Mets fans!
Jeff McNeil‘s magic number to make the MLB The Show Player’s League playoffs is down to three after two exciting victories last night.
In his first game, Yoenis Cespedes blasted a two-run walk-off home run in the bottom of the third to give McNeil’s Mets a 4-2 win.
In his second matchup, Robinson Cano played the hero, plating Michael Conforto and Pete Alonso in the bottom of the third to help the Mets come back from a 1-0 deficit.
MMO’s own Sam Brown tweeted out the games live from our new MetsMerized Twitter account, which can be found here.
McNeil has four more games tonight. Stay tuned to MMO’s Twitter for tonight’s gameday coverage.
