Good Morning, Mets fans! Tonight is the MLB All-Star game. Michael Conforto is the only Mets representative following a great first half. Max Scherzer will start for the National League and Chris Sale will start for the American League.

Conforto looks forward to and reflects on his first All-Star selection as the lone representative from the Mets.

Matt Harvey could resume throwing soon. According to Marc Carig of Newsday and pitching coach Dan Warthen, muscles in his shoulder have atrophied. The Mets attributed this muscle loss to the Thoracic Outlet Syndrome surgery he underwent earlier this year. He is in the process of building the muscles back up and is eyeing a comeback this season.

In the same report by Carig, Dan Warthen thinks Noah Syndergaard could start throwing around the end July. He could also be back sooner if he comes back as a reliever. That might be the best idea but the velocity we could see would be simply awesome.

Neil Walker, Jeurys Familia and Robert Gsellman will each set focus on ramping up their rehabs after the All-Star break
