Good Morning Mets fans!

Steve Cohen is Thanos’ alter-ego. Prove me wrong.

Both are super-powerful beings intent on changing the future. While Thanos’s aim is altering the entire universe, Cohen’s goal is a bit tamer, thankfully. He’s only focused on changing the future of the Mets.

After months of reports saying Uncle Steve was no longer interested in purchasing the Mets, Charles Gasparino of FOX tweeted out that the billionaire is returning to the table and is currently considered the frontrunner for the club.

After the Wilpons miffed him earlier this year, the team’s value dropped precipitously due to the COVID-19, which allowed Cohen to enter with a bid that’s expected to be less than his original 2.1 billion dollar offering. No word yet on if the deal will include SNY.
