On Thursday, the Mets won a thriller of a game, beating the Yankees in ten innings by a score of 9-7. After honoring the life of the late Tom Seaver, the Mets’ first ever Rookie Of The Year, reigning Rookie Of The Year Pete Alonso won the game for the team with a two-run walk-off home run.

Today, the Mets look to beat the Phillies in the first of their four-game series. Rick Porcello will face off against Jake Arrieta. The game will be at 7:10 pm EST and can be seen on SNY.
