The Mets kick off their return to baseball tonight with the Philadelphia Phillies at Citizens Bank Park. The Mets ended the first half on a sour note, and after a dominating two series they fell flat in the last three games against the Washington Nationals. The Mets have won 10 of their last 12 series vs. the Phillies and are 17-8 vs. Philadelphia since the start of the 2015 campaign.

Although he took batting practice today, Yoenis Cespedes remains out of the Mets lineup with a strained right quad.
